Day 0: Arrival – Saigon
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer from the airport to your hotel in the city center. Take time to rest and prepare before meeting the team, as your Ho Chi Minh Trail dirtbike journey begins the next morning.
Day 1: Saigon – Dong Xoai
Leave the urban rush behind as the ride quickly shifts into rural backroads and red-earth tracks through rubber plantations. Gentle off-road sections ease you into the terrain, marking the true start of the Ho Chi Minh Trail experience in southern Vietnam.
Distance: 120 km
Day 2: Dong Xoai – Dak Song
Climb steadily into the Central Highlands through forest corridors and plantation landscapes. The terrain becomes cooler and more rugged, with rolling hills and quiet highland roads leading into Dak Song.
Distance: 140 km
Day 3: Dak Song – Buon Me Thuot
Ride across wide-open highland countryside dotted with coffee farms and pepper fields. Smooth dirt tracks and flowing roads create an easy rhythm before arriving in Buon Me Thuot, Vietnam’s coffee capital.
Distance: 130 km
Day 4: Buon Me Thuot – Kon Tum
Traverse red volcanic soil roads and river valleys, passing through ethnic minority villages and farmland. The route blends paved sections with light off-road terrain before reaching the peaceful highland town of Kon Tum.
Distance: 230 km
Day 5: Kon Tum – Kham Duc
Push deeper into remote territory along quiet mountain roads framed by pine forests and jungle edges. The ride follows old wartime corridors, offering a more isolated and raw Ho Chi Minh Trail experience.
Distance: 180 km
Day 6: Kham Duc – A Luoi
Navigate forest trails and steep mountain routes through sparsely populated highlands. The terrain becomes more technical and rugged, with river valleys and ethnic villages scattered along the way toward A Luoi.
Distance: 180 km
Day 7: A Luoi – Khe Sanh
Follow misty mountain ridges and historic red-earth tracks carved into the hills during wartime. The route feels remote and atmospheric, ending in Khe Sanh — one of the most significant sites along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
Distance: 180 km
Day 8: Khe Sanh – Phong Nha
Ride through one of the most scenic sections of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, with jungle-covered mountains and winding valleys. Towering limestone formations signal your arrival in Phong Nha, gateway to Vietnam’s famous cave systems.

Take a break from riding and explore the Phong Nha–Ke Bang karst landscape. Visit caves, relax by the river, or enjoy optional short rides through limestone valleys.
